Breakout rooms are a premium add-on to your event. In order to activate it, get in touch with your contact person at Graduateland or write to us here.

What are breakout rooms?

Breakout rooms are sessions exhibitors can create within their stall. It allows participants and exhibitors to meet in group calls and provide valuable two-way communication in a more comfortable setting. Breakout rooms bring live presentations to the next level - and offer a whole new range of interaction options for your event!

• Increase valuable communication with multiple participants at the same time

How to enable breakout rooms

1. Make sure breakout rooms are included in your package and activated for your event (by your Graduateland contact).
2. Go to the "Company" tab on the admin site
3. Enable the breakout rooms feature for the exhibitors that need it by check-marking the box. If you cannot see that column, it means the feature has not been activated by your Graduateland contact

Additional information hybrid events

In a hybrid event, breakout rooms sessions can be set up online, physically, or both.
